I agree, although I have never heard a Pioneer CK11, which may indeed sound better....who knows?

Don't worry, one day it will be back to "as new" condition. One of my favorites allso, so I use it occasionally. Only gone through electrical. To bad, my daytime job is cutting into my boombox repair time.
