I brought this out a few days ago.
Definitely one of my favorite sounding boxes, they're just so damn clear.
I refurbished and sold a 950 a couple of years ago and regretted it almost immediately.
I was lucky to find a 950 and two 955s within a few months of each other and refurbished all three last year.
I don't see myself selling any of these in the near future.

Old Panasonic RS-466Hi everyone- I have to ask:What boombox are you listening to or cranking way up to I should ask??This can be an ongoing thread-other days just put the "other" boomer your listening to.
Mine this week is:My original JVC-PC-55JW I bought brand new in 1985'.
There is just something special about listening to an original 80's boomer that you personally brought brand new.
It's so powerful-I love it!!
I'll have to get out all "The Papers"-Yes Tony,your not the only one that has all his papers on his original boombox.
So-let us all know what box your cranking out to!!
