Man, I like all of those artists you mentioned  , even tho, from some, I only have a song or two...

Besides, there's far TOO MUCH cool-ass music out there to be inflexible. :nonono:

"Sixteen Tons" - I've had that in my old iTunes library. Now I've added it to my new one.

i STILL like it

Hey RBJ...I listen to ABBA, Queen, Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, KC & The Sunshine Band, Bee Gees, Toby Keith, Christopher Cross, James Taylor, Hank Sr. & Jr., and really love Conway Twitty. That's not even the tip of the iceberg! My musical tastes vary so much it's like the weather.

Right now I'm listening to Rythm Heritage "Theme From S.W.A.T.". :-D

On the Black CP-7 of course, then I'll be following up with Corniche "CHiPs". :-D

I received this 777z from Johnny just in time for the beautiful weekend!! :breakdance:

Sidenote: The police arrived shortly after the photo was taken. Which was really strange since I live in a really loud area with bars and a large construction project. I have been blasting boxes on the roof for months with no issues. Apparently the 777 was a bit too much for them.
:hoveround:

Their arrival prompted me to turn in down for 30 minutes until I was back in full action!!
:tease:

And the box was loaded with this amongst several other earth trembling cassettes.

Killer view of the city man! Way to deliver the goods to the neighbors! That video was really cool. The 40 oz beer next to the 777 looks like a 12 oz'er AWESOME!

Continuing with the current 777 lovin' I'm cranking mine.
Replaced the tweeters in her today with some nice ones from a pair of vintage JVC tower speakers.
Gives her a lovely boost to the treble.

Celebrating my new 777 love by going through an old radio compilation tape I made up in1994.
Track listing:
Side A
Kate Bush Sensual World
Body Count Hey Joe
You Am I Adam's Rib
Screamfeeder unknown title
Hula Neck Hole
Unknown band, song called Big Cans
Unknown fast grunge band Eleizabeth Taylor's Always On My Mind
Jimi Hendrix Fire
Jimi Hendrix Day Tripper
Big Audio Dynamite Looking for A Song
Truly Leslie's Coughing Up Blood
Swivelneck Dysfunctional Superhereo
Urge Overkill Sister Havana
Side B
Urge Overkill Woman to Woman
Cover of Ramones Rockaway Beach
Pansy Division Rock' n' Roll Queer Bar
Urge Overkill Kids Are Insane
Urge Overkill Bottle of Fur
Urge Overkill The Candidate
*unknown u.s indie rock song, sounds like Buffalo Tom, but not*
Eric B and Rakim Paid In Full
Snoop Dogg Who Am I (What's My Name)?
Some upbeat Orbital meets Deep Forest sounding track
Average White Band - Pick Up The Pieces
Opening theme from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers
60s Opening theme from Gumby
Cypress Hill Ain't Goin Out Like That

Of super special note is Truly.
I had no idea who this band was up until today. I'd always LOVED their song I'd recorded but always thought they were called Silverblood (...obviously not) hence me not being able to trace them online.
But I have tonight, and it's killer gear. If you're a fan of the true sub-pop era grunge give them a listen!
Members of Truly were in Screaming Trees and Soundgarden, so no wonder it's pedigree gear.
