These 3Ds (the 80 & 88) were a builder's & decorator's favourite radio, as the went damn loud & didn't cost much.
This is a classic example, with the paint stains & all.
The fact that there are so many still around after about 20 years is testament to thier reliability...

Yup, all fixed up..got a shattered case in the suitcase on a flight :'-(
Now you cannot open it anymore because it is all glued otgether, all the screw tubes were broken off
So it better works forever now

Jamming Pandora internet radio on the Sony FH-207. This thing is a beast!! Extremely powerful yet the music sounds so sweet. The 3-way speaker system is absolutely stunning to the ears. I have never been a fan of the 3-piece look but this is a beautiful box to look at.
