If you like pete, you should check out J Dilla from Detroit.(RIP) you can listen to his material all day. Its awesome.

I've got a fair amount of Pete Rock and Dilla on digital.

Both I think are easily some of my top favourite producers.

(This was the actual song used in the early eighties editions of Soul Train. The original was done by a group called The Waters and had a lot of female vocals. It was used in '79 to 80'.)
