Hi Rory, I also have the Silver and Blue......is so tricky to align the cassette buttons..once you open it....
If you run into a problem....let me know....there is a simple trick...you will be pleasantly surprised!

I can't post anything new because I still have the same boomboxes...lol...but I use the heck out of the ones I have and when I draw my last breath I won't have any regrets Might be deaf if I continue at this distance at 1/4 volume on Goldie but its worth it. Heck, I'm sure they'll come out with replacements for eardrums in the near future
