Update!!!!


So, some might have thought this was a dumb idea so I didn't say anything at first but when we submitted our offer it was for only $31,500 + $500 ernest money.

I know, why take the chance and lose out on the deal if we offered too little....... but our down payment of 15% plus closing costs, plus repairs on the house might eat our savings up realy quick. I'm a baller on a budget so I had to start low.


They counter offered back today for $35,000 + $1,000 ernest money and we ACCEPTED!!!!!!!



Gal dang I am sooo jacked up right now I could ship my pants!


Closing is May 24th if everything goes through as planned .

Very nice Joe! And not something you have to drive across town to watch and maintain! Plus by all appearances you DON'T live in a questionable area, you're likely to get some tenants whom you can trust won't tear it up. Rentals are risk reward and you're in a good position by all accounts.
