A friend of mine who also is looking for a good sounding boombox asked me if Telefunken 1M is better than Jvc rv-dp100. He found one Kaboom in very good shape like new price 100 euro

Totally different boxes that can't be compared at all. The Tele is a hifi box that sounds good with ALL music. The Kaboom only sounds good with modern hip-hop. It's a bass monster, nothing more.

€ 100 is a good price for a near-mint Kaboom, but he could also get a brand new Sharp GX-M10 or GX-BT9 for that same price.
