My new move about my Hitachi TRK-7810 from rubbish container. During maintenance I was happy to found the yellow plastic duck and 13USD inside.
In my workshop change the 3 rubber belts. Deep cleaning is well. Painted a little. Was found a few new buttons. During two weeks - everything OK. Fully works.
Today after make my video shots I switch on cassette and stuck. Was open again box again and check - broken in 2A fuse.
Was try again with new one. Bang!!! again.
Tomorrow I will check what's happen with motor.
Life is life.

The 950 in working now (bad solder on LED VU meters)band tape starts normal but the music speed it up when plays between tracks).

Nice sound unit... ...pay 15$ for repair the bad contact on function switch.
