I feel like I have neglected my pair of minty 777's . . I have had one out for the past 4 days in the middle of my room. I have to say it is such a classic legendary boombox ! ! ! It looks simply stunning . . If you don't own one, get one ! ! !

yeah bang on ben...could'nt av put it better myself,i was playing mine in my yard today,sounded kool...
and you too ewen,i was twiddling with mine,could'nt stop messing with it.....but i also had my J1 and my GF 525 out aswell,they all sounded kool,even the 525 kept up without a problem..

fuzzy is still after a 777,she is desperado,she's been begging to buy mine,she's offering up deals or cash,she's got a telefunken,kaboom,GF9000 ect,i'de love to help her out but i just cant part with my 777 right now..but i feel sorry for her,i can feel her pain..

The 777 is a hard box not to like.

It's really unbelievable how common these are, we see as many of th 777's as we do M70's. Kind of blows my mind that at one time these were selling for $1k or more.

Compare it to a M70 or Rising 20/20; those I have.

Comparing it to an M70.....The 777 to me, has more of a higher end sound to it, almost like a surround sound because of the 777's design. The 777 has a tighter bass as well. Its also louder at lower volume levels. Its apples and oranges really.

Its not a bad price, you might find one cheaper with a few cosmetic issues.
