Guys thank you for standing behind me I’m on a rant about this because we are a family of friends yes there are some sharks swim around our waters but you have that everywhere ....when these radios first came out it was us who gave them such a good name
To me this forum is not a forum it’s a family and when somebody comes on here asking for our help we give our help ..parts ...advice etc. but you have to earn that right !!!!!!!!these ****ing guys over at dump box Couldn’t give a flying **** less as long as they get paid and that’s the part that’s pissing me off the most!!!!!A lot of people saw my radio and bought them some lasted a little longer than others so another words I am totally ****ing embarrassed because Anyone who asked me I said to buy it ...........now I Look like a a ****ing asshole because I was tricked !!!!!!!!and I can’t fix there cheap! ****
I think we should all take up a vote and put the dump box corporation off of our family and friends say they need to be on YouTube if they want to sell more of there **** ......
I really don’t give a **** about the radio it’s how it was marketed through our family website and how I am recommended to friends to buy the radio that’s the plot it’s really bothering me

yeah I miss Jimmy being around more . His collection of boomboxes is really one of the finest in the world . Not to mention he's an awesome guy.

Glad to hear about this.

My only concern is that the only reason you got their attention was because of the post here in the forum, and not through their Customer Support. It seems they became interested after this post flared up. They are perfectly aware of what members here think of their product now.

You're certainly not the first disappointed customer, and historically it seems Bumpboxx has jilted the very fans who helped elevate it initially.

Good luck brother, I wish you the best with this battle.
