Hey what’s up everybody it’s Jimmy I know I haven’t posted in a long time but I’m really aggravated. I bought the bump box when it first came out freestyle after owning it for about two years the battery gave out no problem replace the battery then the amplifier echo replaced it now I put a new amp in I had to replace The battery again and now the charge port is no good so I’m sick of all of this bullshit I got boxes upstairs that are 40 years old at work so I hope Boombox is listening I still feel that I am a well respected member of this family and I will tell anybody on this for him not to buy the dump box you can call these people you got to send emails bullshit back-and-forth you know what I’m tired of it and I’m tired of getting jerked around So now I say by a beware

Oh and I forgot to Add I recommended this radio to three of my friends all three are in the garbage so does this make sense I hope you’re listening out there dump box because you’ll never get me again I am pissed off like you’ve never seen before

Sorry to read this....i wouldn't buy anything new im afraid it's all garbage imho, i had the same problems with TDK, that was the last straw with anything new for me....i also have a brand new TDK 3 speaker but i can't be bothered with it since the other died within 6 months

Sorry to hear about this Jimmy I knew this company was crap from the beginning and I've said so all along. It was me I would just buy a nice modern car stereo head unit when every feature and mounted in the Box housing then wire a 12-volt battery with a simple battery tender to recharge it. The new car stereos have line input Bluetooth , touch screens you name it one of these units could power the speakers and all you need is a battery and a charger to get it going cutout that ridiculous fishnet in the middle and mount a plate with the car stereo right there a bigger unit would look better to fill the hole.

Berra bullshit company Floyd great to hear from you!!!!!!!! I miss your brother with you 100% right the batteries 12 V I have the battery tenders on all of corvettes And I have no issue with batteries this guy wanted this company to be something great. Start with customer service And a phone number when you can get a real person........Also Floyd I still have a Panasonic A2 I mint condition
So if I need to rock out all I Gotta do is pick up the two suitcase

Jimmy I think you can bypass the charging port on the box all together I just put a battery tender pigtail straight to the battery to charge it and you can disconnectand reconnect with the simple plug.

They also make a large screen double din shallow mount head unit with Bluetooth and auxiliary input. I still think you can work with what you have you just have to charge the battery from a different source.

Exactly Floyd they came on to our site with our family to promoteTheir Chinese made POS MDF With $30 offerWith $30 speakers and sold us that **** for 500 bucks when I open it up inside there is absolutely nothing that I can do the battery tender will not work because that’s what fried the old amp it’s 15 bolts in the battery tender is 12 V nothing makes sense to me it’s just a ****ing piece of **** and I want people to know when you come and **** in our home you will get ****ing abused!!!!!!!!!!! I’m on the site for over 10 years I met a few douche bags but I met a lot of great people and it should not be exploited or an advertisement for a new piece of ****.....

Jimmy you can buy a 12 volt battery tender for around $30 and you can replace the amp with a head unit that has its own amp and some of these head units don't f*** around . The newer pioneer head unit seem to be the best at the moment .
