and here is 'the story' |-)

as a young box enthusiast --back in the fifties--
i dreamed nightly about that glorious day -when i got my first berecha

but my paper route industry $$ dwindled -
and the associated expenses eclipsed my profits :'-(

another speedbump --was that there was no berechas back then

so --the severely uphill battle continued thru this very morning-
when --lo and behold --2 gigantic cartons arrived at my porch
-----------------------------------------
it was way too early in the morning to try and accomplish my ONLY
50 year goal -- ( to attract attractive twattte )

instead --for practice --i hauled the enormous beast around the hood
to show my friends --
most are distinguished 'box guys'

luckily -
the little kid had A MOTHER !!!

Thing must be a foot deep.........Is it mostly an empty shell, or does it actually have some weight to it? And are there any subwoofers in addition to the main woofers?

WOW Ira a set of great pics to compare to hugh size of this beast, I knew you'll like it, And it sounds great too. The amps pushes the speakers really good to the point that even stronger speakers could be driven with no problems. Also the burglar alarm is stuningly loud. Congratulations my friend.
