Thank you, I can't take my eyes off it. Had it PUMPING just a few minutes ago.BoomboxLover48 said:Congrats Chris! M90 went in good hands!
Thank you. I feel very lucky to have one in this condition. Boomboxery member Katsa really did me right on this one.Dbzerk said:Congratulations mate. Looks absolutely stunning. A very beautiful box and I'm sure was well worth the wait.
I would love to hear and see on in real life..
I hope one day, when the planet's are in line and on my birthday, I would be lucky enough to have one also.
I'm almost 2 years into collecting so I have a while to wait my turn....
A little more info about this particular M90. As I mentioned, I did not do a full tear down, toss in the tub restoration. I did pull it apart and dust it out, but not to much more than that. I did NOT deoxit the control panel. All the potentiometer's were perfect, no crackle. And since I didn't have to clean them, they are still smooth as glass with that hit of factory resistance when you turn them. It's a real nice survivor. No rattles, no creaks, all the parts fit together as they should. All the parts are there.
As Jay Leno says, "It's only original once".
