Well done, these are one of my most favourite ever boombox designs, absolute beauty.

Ira, you got a pic of one in blue? Not sure I've seen anything but silver, red and black. Unless the black I saw was very dark blue...

You are very correct! This is amazing!! It sounds so good.... no doubt one of the best boomboxes ever made! Reminds me of the clean and clear sound of my dad's fav PYE Blackbox record player!

I was mesmerized by the sound ....listening to Jazz stations in Chicago. OMG!

I gave up listening to my high.....real high end... real high Denon, Onkyo, marantz.....stuff..

I'm enjoying the sound of this "amazing" machine.......... :yes: :yes: :yes: :yes: :yes:

My audio range was enhanced by this beauty....................this boombox really opened my eyes and ears....

I'm glad to have boombox like this with no single scratch on the Al face of it and knobs. wow!

I did a good cleaning on the knobs and it came out like new.....

I've got that Hitachi and the 8600 sounds different and better than it by quite a ways.

I'm sitting down and ready for the blue punishment, Ira! Bring it!!
