Of all the collections I have seen online, none matches Max's in depth & breadth. His taste is immaculate and his enthusiasm is unbridled.mmcodomino said:Brian is on his way back home as I post this.
Once again, thank you for coming over and for the great time we spent.
It surely was a blast!

Thanks for your nice words .Kenpat said:Of all the collections I have seen online, none matches Max's in depth & breadth. His taste is immaculate and his enthusiasm is unbridled.
I shudder to imagine his collection in 20 years, when he fully hits his stride. He needs a title of his own, Bobby.
How about "Legend in Training" or some such moniker?
I think I kinda know what you mean, somewhat. Since I got my M-90, I play it almost constantly as my "upstairs box." Along with a beater GF-767 at my basement workbench, they are almost all I play. I was inspired by your photos to pull out a big one at random and ended up with the M-9998 for the weekend.mmcodomino said:Thanks for your nice words .
Yes, I did put in quite a bit of effort but most of the time it was just plain luck that got me my really rare ones.
I doubt my collection is going to be very different in 20 years from what it is now...there's still 2 or 3 boxes I am looking for but other than that, I am more than happy with the wall as it is![]()
I'm there Floyd, I'm there with ya!JVC Floyd said:i don't need good taste to own them boxes , just money.
I still have the painted case but the project is put on ice sadly because I yet need to find a beater C100 with working guts (at least line in).=ml= said:
