The problem is eggs ain't meant to be carried they always have ugly handles and the shapes just all wrong lol. if it's got to be ugly it better at least sound good. These high-end eggs in any other high-end box is meant to be used at home so you don't get your ass jacked in the streets .
i actually love the shape of the 707 bro lol it looks like it's from the future.....there was an episode of sliders and they were carrying them but they were about 5 times bigger lol.............i never fit in anywhere so it never bothered me lol. Lit also loved eggs haha

Yeah I use the rubber band because I had no f****** clue where to get belts and honestly when I open the box up it's sat there for about 6 months not even screw together , back then I had no idea how to work on a boombox so as soon as I saw it inside I said hell no lol.
honestly i can't do belts either lad, but a monkey could do an m90 lol....that was also the first box i did with litfans help

Well the dt9 is here lads.....i have Never heard an egg like this before...it sounds like a panasonic Rx dt 680 but it's an egg lol....it sounds like a jvc hyper bass box but with more power but it doesn't have one of those jvc hyper bass boxes inside....it almost has to much bass at times, good for me lol
quite simply this is an egg with the best 3 piece sound you can get...the only negative thing is the tuner it is jap spec so if you like a tuner this is Not for you
such a shame this is only available in japan, it's a whole new definition of sound brought to eggs....outstanding box can highly recommend lads
this box must have port tuning because it is quite puzzling to where the bass is coming from im not sure but the speakers look bigger than the panasonic rx dt 680...always wanted this out of an egg but it just hasn't been the case apart from the dt 707 909 guys
the only thing this lacks is surround liike the 707.....it wipes the floor with an 80's box lads im still in awe with the sound

Here I described a possible solution for this drawback:
FM Converter
I used such converters meanwhile in several Japanese only boomboxes. In the link above it is in another Japanese egg - the Sharp QT-88CD. That's also a good sounding egg with nice bass.
Does this involve soldering, taking the box apart Sir if so way beyond me but a great solution for others

Yes, you need to open the box and do some soldering. It's not difficult, but if you don't have any craft skills, it would be difficult for you.

I think the egg shaped boxes are just more acousticly solid then a one piece box because like the M90 two-thirds of the sound comes out of the front of it and 1/3 comes out of the back of it lol.
Floyd homie i don't know what is in this box but i think this one is the best sounding Panasonic of all time, it actually sounds better than the jvc pcx1000 but not as loud...the jvc m90 is my all time fave box but this one hearing is believing my friend, just Wow lad....the crazy thing it's only an egg lol
it Seems the japs always kept the best to them selves lol...hell you can even turn off the backlight and it has a balance control

I will say some of the jvc hyperbass units are the closest to this but the Panasonic has more power-and irrespective of what compares to what it's only an egg lol
