The guy at batteries plus told me the same thing. Said only the city takes alk's. Strange

Yeah, I wonder why.... oh well. I'm glad to see they got a bunch of stuff on the shelves again. It was totally remodeled in there too.

the future of the limited remaining stores is very IFFY -
they are still open and waiting for a 6 month trail period -
if this fails they will ALL be gone-
so
support the shack if you want any to last

My maternal grandfather practically kept the Binghamton Radio Shack in business with his custom... I've built up a modest collection of Minisette radio-recorders myself...
