Will cassette tapes ever come back? If so our units will become priceless!

My Tascam 122 B is a very old unit but it still make some incredible recordings. My friend JaeTee has the Nakamichi Dragon and I made him a recording on a TDK MA-XG fermo tape and he played it one day and I asked him who made that tape. He started to laugh and said it was on a tape I had made for him. I was floored at the sound that was coming out of that cassette.

MP3's are good and they sound good, but recording a cassette with some decent gear I will say you'll appreciate the sound even more.

100% Correct!
Nothing sounds like a vinyl and a well recorded/professionally recorded tape through a Nak or Tascam.
