That's what you call a work in progress Static :-) He'll come around!

All these stories about the wives.... especially yours David, they just don't get it sometimes, they just see it as a commodity that makes you money, at best. I've been on I don't know how many dates in the last year and I always mention my love for boomboxes to make sure they are cool with it. I finally found one who wants to be with me and is cool with it, so I'm very VERY happy about this!

I'm going to bring my M70 with us to the beach today but will play it by ear to see if it makes sense to bust it out. Baby steps...

So my son comes to me and my wife like, “Dad, where did you put that boombox you gave me? My wife looks at him, starts asking, “Why? What’s wrong with the wireless speaker I bought you?”

My son immediately sees he has to choose a side and reacts carefully-lol
“Well, mom, I like the speaker box a lot, but, well, its just that the boombox is louder and has a lot more bass.”
