Yeah, not to put those radios down, but they aren't feature packed. Music search seems to be a premium feature

Yeah none if the black units seem to have music search but they do have high speed dubbing and program for side A and B to be played without removing tape ;-)

Newest find by Jimmy and passed on to jboogie is the Shadow brand JB-750 version of this box!

No records of this one anywhere. This is the only place with the best information!

Thanks for sharing this score with us.

It's crazy how all of these AKA's are nearly identical. They didn't even bother changing the speaker trim.

Must have been the ultimate cash cow

Does anyone know how much these cost back in the day?

That's what the first post says, $499 in 1990.

I always assumed it was a mid-80's box.

Sorry guys. Totally missed that in the first post. That is some good coin! I thought it came out in 1988 or 1989. Must of been one of the last boxes produced in the 90's with no CD player.

Late 80's early 90's is most likely correct. Dont forget these units probably sold for up to 4 yrs or more new. My Lasonic TRC 975 is dated 93' but I know they came out late 80's as well.

Every variation of the Wheely has wheels.

It took years to compile good pictures of each but so glad I saved them to share.

The sad thing is that so many pics and google results about rare models disappeared after Stereo2go switched hosts

I think I have a different variation of the Technidyne -TD10000. My counter is on the reverse side.
That is so strange! Good eye, thanks for sharing.
