I have to say, it's pretty rare that a radio comes along that is so sweet that people think it's FAKE! You really duped the crew here!
Nice one, I will be going back to Japan in June and will be working the Yahoo Japan site again. There are a few radios I want BAD!

Going on the fact that all of the top Toshiba boxes have dual antennas, my theory is that the 9990 was
probably the top box at some point and got replaced by one or both of those models.
Regardless, they don't know about the box 'cause they've never seen it before.
Those are the kind of boxes I want to buy and own...
I've got more on the way.
If I were in Japan I'd rack up - and that's what you'd better do when you return!
For $200, you can probably get 3 or 4 good boxes that'll
be the envy of most people here.

It looks like a combination of the two rare toshibas I recently picked up that Fatdog was talking about.
Same knobs and face from one radio and speakers from the other radio.
Wonder if this radio had the same 3 way speakers?
