i think radio reception is very important ,a radio is pretty much useless with out good reception otherwise it just becomes a glorified tape deck.

for me its all about the radio. shortwave is a huge one for me. i mean theres so much out there on the radio and its different from surfing the web.

Eldorado is right. For me, radio is paramount since that is 80% of my listening and 19% line-in (ipod). But fidelity, who's gonna say they don't want that?

well if i had to choose between a radio that could get a really clear nice signal from germany or one that could only get a really awesome signal from a local station but had much nicer overall sound i would most likely pick the one i could hear germany with.
i am not saying it wouldnt be a hard choice.

well if you already said radio is paramount to you then is that not the same as saying that it is the at the top of the list.
i mean i am not overly educated but i think that paramount does kind of mean above all..

i also find it ironic no one has chosen bass as sometimes it seems to be the main marker of if a box has good sound or not.

i mean i have to admit that bass is fun too. lots of bass can be really fun.
