what was the last one piece jvc boombox of the classic square era.

That would depend on what other factors are important to you. Like the size of the box and speakers.

assuming it was not a mini took min 8 d cels and was the stereotypical looking box.
i suppose what i trying to figure out is the m70 the last of the great one piece jvc blasters.

I will check my collection of JVC service manuals to see what might fit the bill (they have dates on them). There were a number of "midsize" boxes in the early 80's, but they are probably too small for your question.
