Had to gamble a little to play with the big boys. I am happy that the radio works so there is hope. We have all seen M90s in many conditions, but honestly this might be one of those boxes that just needs to be cleaned and will be 100% again. I had to take the chance.

An m90 in this condition for $180, I'm happy. If it turns out to be ****, I will put it on my "BIG ****" shelf next to the Conion C100 I got from boogie

That is definitely not the worst M90 I have ever seen.
If i find the picture on my cellphone, I can show you something that will either make you laugh or cry.
The M90 I am talking about was used at a construction site as work radio and that is what it looks like .
I will try to find pics.

I'm sure you can restore or customise her up. These radios are nice and easy to work on and to be honest benefit from some aesthetic enhancements as they're pretty boring stock.

This is the one I won on eBay. And yea I have knobs coming from bredego with a set of original antennas as well . This one was missing the volume knob. Monchito was insanely kind enough to send me a volume knob and some other parts I needed. Mellymiser as well with a tweeter! I'm still trying to think of what and how to pay them both back for they're insane gererosity

That would be great JR - I hope that mine is going to be better than expected but I am expecting BAAAAAD . It honestly doesn't look that bad. Just cleaning might do this thing wonders or even if I have to paint it like Melly did, I would be OK with that. Because of the low price I got it at, I have some room to play with getting it in 100% working order and worry about the cosmetics when I can get to it. I'm just hoping it has the battery door and maybe an antenna or 2! haha

Parts can be re-chromed, knobs can be made, antenna's can be bought, decks can be worked out. If she powers up and makes noise....IT CAN BE RESTORED!
