But the real reason to have a fully restored unit with working deck is it's just so cool to have something 30 plus years old all working. When you plug an iPod into a boombox and show someone young they aren't amazed. But when you put a tape in and play it people talk because it's something that hasn't been around for years. Some people never even heard of tapes or LP's.
That is correct Bill! Again the quality of sound from a tape and LPs are mind blowing!! One should listen to it from top HiFi units. To me they gave the best reproduction of sound. I am from the older generation here. :yes: :-D

I always feel something missing with the MP3s.... the real effects of sound ...I look like a squirrel who lost his nuts when I listen to MP3s! :lol: :lol:

HifFi ended with the compact disk. After CD, music recording and reproduction of music went to shiat. :thumbsdown:
