I should have the box on tuesday, so I am patiently waiting for the UPS truck to show up .

Like you said, working decks, all parts there, low low price, I can't loose. This is truely a collection that is growing fast. 10 boxes in the last few weeks and seriously I am still hiding 3 of them in the garage from my wife .

Could also be an ESC or a Hortex PC 9090. Which were the two that i had. The hortex was far better sounding as the speakers had rubber edges and pumped better bass. Nice find.... Whish i hadnt sold mine

I know.... my frickin UPS driver shows up anywhere between 1pm and 7pm.... such a wide range.... it is hard to know how late I should encourage the wife to work. If she works too late she will be "too tired" that night.... and if she comes home before the UPS driver does.... well... lets just say I aint gettin anything that way either....

When you have been married for awhile it is like waiting for all the planets and stars to line up anyway.... :'-(

Yeah, they can show up whenever they want during the day. Luckily for me they will put the box in the garage if the weather looks grim.

Worst pack job ever. I would say it is the worst yet that I have seen posted on boomboxery or S2G when I was there . I specifically asked for them to put 2" of bubble wrap on the box and 2" of peanuts around every side. They said "don't worry, UPS is packing it". Jesus, they should be shot in ass for being so stupid there......

Box is perfectly fine! Only things different than the auction described is scratches on the LED display, tape counter reset broke off, and tape 1 plays slooooooow:

I can't believe this box made it from california to wisconsin with no damage . This thing is louder than just about all my midsize boxes! It really is too bad there is no line in. That might have made this one of my top 3 boomers but it will have to stay in the top 5 for now .

Line in or not, this box is a must have. Those round "tweeter" things on the top corners are fake. This plays clear at loud volume. I havn't turned it up past 60% yet and believe me, I like to JAM. Just a tad bigger and just a bit taller than the Magnavox D8443 Power Play. The center speaker on the Maggie is the size of the 2 speakers on the Helix.
