What Boombox Are You Cranking Up Right Now??

^ ^ ^ ^ ^ I love the look of those old valve radios, they remind me of my childhood and this is the first time I've noticed a Stereo old radio such as this.

i used to collect these but now there there is just rubbish on the radio there gone, it's more it's always repeating the same thing on all stations that does me in lol same as tv

at the moment im playing jean michel jarre equinoxe on my victor m90, first time in a couple of months as iv'e been so low

I have to agree on the radio points, I've so many radios but feel there is just so little to listen to these days. I did try LBC (chat) station for a while until I realised it was infested with lefties so now it's back to good old tapes, vinyl, CD's and MP3's.

This one has auxiliary input for ipod, etc.. and it works fairly well. I use it every now and then when there is nothing on the radio.

This is what I have out today. As some of you recall my neighbor and I had a squabble over my radio. Well he broke his leg so I doubt he'll be flying outside to fuss about it.

Here's to my crippled neighbor. Break a leg buddy! He can hobble on over and go two for two if he wants.

I swear. My neighbors are lucky to have me as a neighbor, because they know I rampage on people who dont live in the area or come knocking on my or their doors. It helps I have a 4 acre property to crank out the tunes. Another benefit to them is... I don’t blast much during the hot days of north Florida. I’m a outside late fall winter kinda of outside boombox player. So overall, I am the lucky one

Designwise Akai were a little different. The 525 is nice Royce.

I’m not sure. The only other Midsize Panny I have ofmthe same era is a couple of 5085’s which have a smaller battery cover. I’m wondering if a 5150 would be the same?

I was listening to her on one of these beasts, a Califone 2455 AV

Bargain find on a Facebook selling group, a whole £10! Has twin tape deck, mp3-capable cd player, digital radio, line in and out, 5 (yes 5!) 6.3mm headphone jacks on the rear, remote control (mines missing though). It has speed adjustment on both the tape decks and cd-player which makes some songs sound interesting!
