I think this is one of the best finds from Tampa Florida! :thumbsup:

Go get that beast and hopefully I can have a mixed House tape by the time we get together and enjoy that box. :yes:

The box is here... It was basically as advertised, but there were a few small issues... There is a small crack along the trim at top of the tuner window where something dropped on it at one point; the FM stereo light doesn't work (or it's not locking on in stereo); and the tape deck needs slight azimuth adjustment as it plays a little weak on right channel.

FF & REW are strong and fast, and Play engages smoothly. The soft-touch tape transport is delicate, snappy and responsive, Sound is good, too.

A few months ago someone paid like $700 for one of the AKA's, so now every tom dick and harry is trying to sell theirs and get a piece of the action, lol.

Careful with the pots on that one. I sprayed mine with deoxit and now it is garbage. :bang: First and only time thats killed one of my clan
