I don't plan on selling any of my big dogs / grails regardless unless they are doubles etc that I bought with the intention of repairing/improving and assumed I'd be selling. Not ever expecting to make any $ off them, but just love the hobby of actually improving something even if it's just new belts and a deep cleaning to find a new collector that'll take care from there.
Now.... if work ever goes slow and I really am hurting for money, and I've donated all the blood, plasma, kidneys and otherwise in my body, then maybe I'd sell some of the big $ ones. Truly last resort though as it's the only 'hobby/collection' I have now. The baseball cards in the basement might be worth a tenth of what I spend on them 20 years ago.
Now if anyone needs some mid sized Panasonic, Sanyo, Sonys (5050, etc) and the like, I NEED to get rid of some of those. I just don't have any love for a lot of mid size boxes that I bought when I was new to collecting. If it's not a M70, 9696 or larger in size, I don't seem to enjoy them much. GO BIG OR GO HOME!
