I do believe that DT's cleaning job is more amazing than the price of 15 Euros. Wow! Congratulations on the incredible 1M!

I can't stop looking at the before and after pics, well especially the after pics. This is a truly monumental refurbishing.

Thanks guys for your comments, I wish that everyone of you someday get this amazingly looking and sounding boombox.
About a cleaning, for the dust and web from inside parts I used brush and vacuum cleaner from the distance to pick up the dust and dirt.
For cleaning the brushed metal front I used only soft cloth with pure water, nothing else.
The scratches is still there, but obviously I made it very good pics…. :-P
Here some pics of opening and repairing.
Surprisingly :w00t: is that when I opened it, I have discovered that he never been opened for repairing or so:

Tips for the owners about future repairing: There is a secret screw :hmmm: on the deck section, position is under REW and STOP commands:

Here is my temporary solution for broken axis holder:

I had to do the same with mine but I also took the broken piece and used a 2 part epoxy called JB weld.
What a terrible design as the spring puts constant pressure on that thin plastic holder.
Well good as new.
Yeah was one of your weeks spent finding that screw behind the cassette keys
Thanks for reminding me as I have to go back in and replace my bulbs.
Again great job these arent the easiest to work on.
