Sigh..
I remember that day when I posted this.
The Thrift stores sure haven't been like that this year and I miss it.
People just aren't donating their old boomboxes anymore like they used to
With the gas I've used over the years to thrift boxes, I could just buy any grail that I want on Ebay.
I look at the ones I threw back when I posted this and they are still better than my catches this year.
Still enjoying myself though.
I quote the great Glue, "Rock on."

Cheers OSS :afro:

Can´t imagine how lucky is your´s.

In Brazil during the 70s and early 80s, the import of anything was banned , everything that came in was considered contraband ... ... Were the years of military government (dictatorship).

For this, the reason of the difficulty of finding a Classic Bommboxes in my Country.

Best Buy for a bargain price!!!

I missed reading this post, that was some good stuff! :w00t:
Thanks for reminding me to take my camera to the thrifts this weekend.
If I ever find anything big, like a conion, I want to be sure to capture the shot. Hmm, well maybe I should grab the handle first, id hate to look into the lens just to see someone grabbing and walking away with it.
