In my years of collecting I have had some pretty nice boxes in and out of my collection.
But believe it or not, the one I even remotely regret selling would be the Sharp GF-777.
Not the greatest sounding of the bunch, but just a great unique looking box.
And just loaded to the hilt with chrome bits and removable grills  What more can you ask for???

Since I've started collecting I've never sold 1 Boombox!
But I did give a Sony type egg CFD-350 to my niece and a Phillips
to my friends daughter for Christmas this year but that's ok!
As far as my grails-never!
BUT back I'n 1981' I gave my Sharp GF-8989II that I bought new In 81'
that I gave to my girl friend back In 85'
I don't regret giving it to her but I do wish I could get it back!!
The memories and the specialness of this box is like huge to me.
Even had the original window sticker on it.
I had a Sanyo m9970 that I sold to my neighbor,I guess I wish I had that
to but I'm Mad as I did gave a chance to buy it back but didn't.
I have replacements though but just aren't the same!!!! :-O

Sold the M90 for rent money a few summers ago. Was in preeeety good shape too. The trc-931 was easily an 8.5/10; another mistake to sell.

It was last seen wearing these Run DMC grill stickers. If located please PM me for reunification and much needed bonding.

My smelling "new" GF9696 that I lost in shipment way back in 1987. I bought it brand new in 1982. Luckily I have 3 of them, two are like new in condition. One is the Jap version GF508 that I fixed completely. I am addicted to GF9696.
So far I didn't sell or trade a single box.

This General Sound.....I sold it because it was low-quality, but I should have kept it....it looked so cool

Spent a lot of time detailing it before the sale, but only got like $100-150 or something :bang:

My Rising 20/20, which I traded for one Hitachi TRK 8600. I do not regret the trade, which was cool. I regret that (1) it was the only time I traded a box of which I didn't have a double and (2) I haven't found another 20/20 in such a lovely state ever since
