Never underestimate the power of a jeep with Goodyear wrangler tires and a bad attitude to even the score with boomboxes that don't cut the mustard. glad to see everything made it with little damage ,still an amazing collection.

Get a good tirapugni and serve brains with a side of ground beef, lol.

Glad to see the transfer is complete, that picture has a bit of a "come at me bro" feel to it, like Europe is about to get seriously blasted!!

Looking real good there. That looks kinda similar to the Apartment I stayed in on the Naval Support site at Naples. I noticed you said you been to Okinawa too, are you active duty USN beard man?
We stayed ay the support site for 42 days before getting this house. My wife is a civilian working for the navy. That's why we are here.

Good deals!! Nice stack waiting to be displayed...
Oh man, you are reading my mind. I'm just not sure how I'm going to do it. I need to go have a look through the Boom Room threads for inspiration. I got rid of all those glass shelves I had. They wouldn't have helped me here anyway since the house is all concrete, so I can't hang anything from the walls. Probably going to be some free standing shelves. But it would be a lot of them. Thinking of thinning the heard. Get rid of the little stuff. :hmmm:

UPDATE:

Everything went across the work bench today, tested everything. Had a few issues will the lessor cared for radio's nothing serious to report. All the big boys are fine. So forward we go!

Here is the new "Re-stack"

Ah DOD civilian hehe lucky, much more freedom. Have fun blasting it up under Monte Vesuvio. I used to run around there with CFS-W303 blasting a lot in '99 to 2003. Tell me, does that guy Mario still have a garage set up down the street from outside the Support site?

Hey there Chris, glad to see not much drama happened to you collection. As far as protection goes. I believe its not to difficult to purchase a long gun in Italy. No semiautomatics in military calibers for civilians. You should be able to get a nice side by side double barrel shotgun though. Probably in 16 or 20 gauge. That 16 gauge is damn near as powerful as 12. Its a bummer you couldn't bring your Mossberg with you. Oh well just glad to hear you and your wife are settling in to your new diggs.☺
Thanks, yeah, for the most part, I think it was a successful move. I won't be buying any guns. We were told during orientation, NO GUNS ALLOWED! It's ok. I'm hoping it will never come to that.
