Seems the prices that boxes (in general) are going for on eBay are getting a little out of hand... If winners are actually forking out that kind of cash, you've gotta wonder if whether they're ultra serious collectors or newbies to the boombox game who don't know any better.

I wonder what I could get for my Toshiba BomBeat RT-S90 or Toyota EA900...

I'm kinda tempted but both boxes aren't in the greatest of shape...

The S90 needs recapping and the deck sound is muffled... Great physical shape tho...

The EA900 needs a tape selector switch and a grill corner piece... Right tweeter is blown... One deck is somewhat muffled...
Physically, there's a repaired crack in the back right side case...

Both are boxes are fully working despite muffled decks...

:hmmm:

The way things are going on eBay, those flaws probably won't matter much...

Besides, I could always lie and over exaggerate...
You've gotta have this box!!! It's been in movies, videos, TV shows!!! It's the box of ALL boxes!!!
__________ had this box in a video - and because of that, YOU MUST BUY THIS BOX!!!
Don't let this opportunity slip by!!! Bid NOW and bid OFTEN so you won't lose!!! :w00t:

Leave their "pockets like rabbit ears"...

Bidder's fever can drive up the price to astronomical levels. Its the double edged sword with eBay. You can find things you normally wouldn't but the price will be high. :sadno:
