so i finally threw a battery in for the LCD clock....and it partially works.
i can see the AM and parts of the numbers.
problem: the negative battery terminal cracked at the bend and theres still a good deal of corosion on and behind the negative terminal.
im gonna open it up and clean it and try to replace the terminal.
im gonna stay positive and say that i think because of the bad terminal and corosion, the clock isnt getting enough power to fully operate.
.....im working 7 days a week now so i have no clue when im gonna get to it. thought i was gonna be workin on my 7980 tomorrow but i guess that aint happenin either.
best place to get a new terminal?
i would be elated if this extra minty little bastard turns out to be FULLY operational.
i'll keep yall posted.
