I had one but traded it a few years ago kind of wish i kept it
it has good sound but is not real loud
it has a phono input but not a Line in

i taped off of the cd input and put a 1/8 jack on it
so you had to put it on cd and then hook your mp3 player to it but i don't know if that's the best way to do it
as the cd player was still connected to it.

it would probably be better to get a jack that disconnects the cd player when you plug in a mp3 player or phone to it

I use Phono inputs all the time, I just turn the volume and bass down on the mp3 player

im not worried how loud they are Floyd, if im honest i dont play things that loud anymore..thats why in part i sold the conion

Catalog says 70 watts (36 to the sub, and 34 to the detachable speakers). Assuming that's true, that's pretty damn good.

The one I had was immaculate my mom bought it for $20.00 at a yard sale and I have yet to see one that nice . I would not pay that big money because in the USA these damn near grow on trees.

Well she is here and full force....if this wasnt classed as a shelf system she would

nock all the jvc of their hotspots...silky smooth deep bass with plenty of power

i give you the pcx 1000 best ever box made by jvc by along way just wish she was portable but at 40 pounds i dont think so lol
