Yesterday was a beautiful day in the Bay Area so I decided to wash the car. Neighbors were outside mowing the grass and other honey-do-list tasks so I decided to add some music to the mix. I decided to plug in the Prosonic 9962 and Sanyo 920 via Creative X-FI2 mp3 player. I can tell you that these two boxes together are LOUD, and the sound is absolutely beautiful. It is summertime so let's dust off those boxes and take them out and enjoy them...you might be surprised at how much others enjoy them as well...

...yeh, I will never let my wife live that one down...and this time the driveway was blocked!! They both get very loud but the Sanyo definitely handles the higher volume better with a higher quality sound and little distortion. The amount of bass this Sanyo handles was very surprising to me. I suggest all you 920 owners send your box to Norm so he can work his magic...the 920 is truly a wonderful box to listen to and look at... ... :-D

:agree: ...it's also one of the best sounding 1 piece boxes I have ever heard, and the build quality is second to none...

Wow, there's some REAL boomboxporn right there!

Those two models are very high on my needs list, and seeing them both together... antennas extended.. basking in the sun.

Oh my.

It's almost too much to bear!!

Rock On.
