She's alive again!

All cleaned up, everything working, grilles fixed and painted with original color.

Still waiting for few spares to be complete. New aerials, few buttons, etc. But she's alive, loud and kickin' !!!

You can polish the clear plexiglass pretty easily if it is all foggy:

Most harsh solvents metls the acrylic plastic and swells it exept plastics like TPO, ABS, Polycarbonate etc.
Swelling will happen on prolonged exposure.

Hope you can use a 3M headlight restoration kit and sand it down and and finish it smooth and clear. In that case you have the mask the frame before doing the work.
