saw this one on FB market @60$ near my place. Working condition. I was hesitating a lot, but leave it since I already have enough...

It it very similar of my sanyo mcd200; font, few button, screen, colors, back, etc. Same parts manufacturer?

edit, this ge and sanyo mcd300 are almost the same.

I dig the speaker grilles and the Power Of Music badge. I snagged one of these for $7 on my first visit to the Vincent DePaul in town. Sounds pretty good but the CD player seems a little delicate - doesn't scratch but I do hear some friction as it spins.

Agree with Floyd, these are so much better sounding than many of the grails and can be had for peanuts lads

at least you can use them and when you do you will be grinning ear to ear....i kept my pc x 1000's lad and one of these so all good

exactly i got this fully working mint condition boombox for $ 10.00.
i almost wish i hadn't tossed the 2 pcx 200 i had but i was just fed up with the lcd and the cd player going out at the same time.

i ALWAS USED TO GET THE ONES WITHOUT CD LAD.....mind you the pcx1000 has cd and one doesn't work but there great for the radio homie

A good friend went looking for an antenna. Came back with these. First I thought he'd become a collector in an instant, but as I knew he is a minimalist with material... Now they're mine (minus one antenna from the smaller Philips).

PS. I didn't stack them and the Hitachi was quite a beater / workplace radio.

I just picked up a ESC JC2000. Clean as with some issues which can be fixed.
