Don't worry Steve... As I walked past the appliances in Home Depot, I saw a picture display of a washer and dryer with blue LED's lit up in the drums. I had to do a double take as I thought it was a boombox! The two lit drums in the picture looked like speakers all decked out! Damn, I am getting this fever pretty bad! My wife still doesn't get it, but supports me...

That would be one of my next units. I love that thing! Just got back into vinyl again. Miss the warm tones. Theres a Panasonic one on eBay for BIN at $159. Not a bad price but it looks very entry level.

The big sharps are the ones to have , the 2500 is an easy box to work on , the 2000 is a hard box to work on . I love both. I have both lol .

I been putting off pics of the vz 2000 because that beast is a back breaker. Plus all the sliders fell off and got lost lol. I bought my first vz 2000 at a pawn shop around 1991 I had know idea it even existed till I saw one and I was in awe of the sheer size and weight of it.

Argh thats well nice. I loike the layout around the tuner and that slider below the tape is that the stereo expand? Does it work well? Im guessing its kinda like Pannys ambiance..
