Radio station programming

Sooo I can't seem to save any radio stations on my i931bt. Is there some sort of science to this? Additionally the loudness button is actually the flat eq setting. It's there actually a loudness button. Please help.

I've used the remote for loudness. Never saved any stations on it so can't help you there
