Yep and I spent enough on it :lol: I was pretty upset when I didn't get enough for my last M90 after dropping lots of $$$ into it. But as everyone knows in any hobby sometimes you win, sometimes you lose but most of the time you can break even ;-)

I can't believe I didn't see it until just now! :bang: :bang:

On the back label of every M90 is a US patent number: 3757254

Looking up that number in the patent database yields three new creators! :clap: :thumbsup:
  • Takahashi; Nobuaki (Yamato, JA)
  • Ishigaki; Yukinobu (Yamato, JA)
  • Itoh; Yasuo (Tokyo, JA)
The filing and issue dates on this patent predate the release of the M90 by several years. My guess is that the noise reducing system covered by the patent was originally designed for home hi-fi components and later found its way into the M90. Is this another reason why the M90 is the "King of Boomboxes"? :hmmm:

Now off to find out what else these creators created...
