Chatted with Craig (nz_boom) overnight, he is OK, he is a long way from the earthquake. Some of his family are in Christchurch, and are all safe.

I believe Nige/Weyland Yutani and Rambo Estrada are up the other end of NZ and away from the disaster area too.
Hope them and their families, and any other of our NZ bro-thren are ok.

I watched a fair bit of the news channel coverage yesterday,.. it was very brutal.

Thanks heaps guys I am North Island but have a number of inlaws down there not least of which is my Bro In law Who is a detective seargeant and in charge of missing persons. His partner is a cop as well and is well into search and rescue. (not a nice job) My ex sister inlaw who is afriend has fleed to wellington (bottom of north island) Her house is totalled. Her new boyfriends ex wife was in the CTV building which has created the most deaths and he is now the sole parent of two children. My other bro inlaw is ok but again house is nearlly a right off. Its actually the most helpless feeling being so close and not being able to help. Glad you are all ok Craig. Ps I am on face book with RAMBO ESTRADA and he wasnt there at the time.
