Phono to line-in mod?

Hi, I recently converted a Sharp GF-9191's phono input to a line-in by bypassing the preamp, I found a video showing how it's done and copied it. Works perfectly.

Has anyone attempted this on an M90 or know how to do it? I have an M90L.

If you find a service manual and the diagram is there, you can trace where this bypass is located.
