Wowser!...I'd be well pleased if I'd found that one, I really fancy a TV box but a classic upright style one like this...congrats :-D

Hell Yeah! Great find!

I remember when these were new, a small TV of this size was EXPENSIVE! Porable TV's were all the rage. You were the Cock of the Walk strutting around town with that thing!

I remember my best friends older brother had a TV Blaster. I don't remember the model. We were maybe 11-12, he would have been 18-19 maybe 20 and we looked up that that dude. He had a 1968 Camaro (in 1979). He had a job and his car was always clean and he had the Fly clothes and shoes and must have bought Aqua Velva by the gallon. He always had a different chick in the car and we thought he was the Sh@t.

I remember I had my mono radio cassette recorder and my buddy had his dad's GE 3-5286A. We both had the local station on blaring music with a group of the other kids, most of them older than us and we were working on these two older girls.

That dude came up with his TV Blaster and asked the girls if they would like to watch their soap opera's....RIGHT THERE....ON THE SIDE WALK MAN! You can't compete with that with a mono box! That was followed by the "You girls wanna go for a ride in the Camaro" (Keeping in mind this is an un-restored, yet very nicely kept 11 year old car!) and then next thing you know....the girls are GONE!

Yeah, you can't compete with that with a mono box and no car! (also, no hair on your pee pee)

The work to upgrade my radio began there! (thankfully everything else grew in fine)

I've build a rf modulator in one of these. Now it has scart and RCA inputs. Works nice with a micro media player.

Hi,can you tell me which antenna connector you used? None of the common types I have fit it. Im in US.
I have this model 220v,so maybe euro cables were different 35 years ago...
Thank you

Hi,can I get some advice on doing the same thing? As you know antenna is gone,so it's time for adapters or mods. I am overwhelmed by the variety of RF inputs, and don't have a big local electronics shop.
Thanks for any tips.
