I'm an 80's kid having graduated high school in 1984 - lol!

My first boombox was the Conion C-100F. I bought one new back in 85 or so, and for the life of me I can't remember what happened to it!

So I had been on a quest for quite sometime to get another one. Luckily for me I have a friend who owed me quite a bit of money, and I found the one that was for sale on eBay with the box and manual (being sold by a member of this board) and he was able to get it for me!

Here's a video I did quickly with my little GoPro camera: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OzOTpOb2xEQ

I'm a professional photographer and I work with a lot of glamor and fashion models, so I'll be using my Conion as a prop for sure. I'll post photos when I can here!

I would like to start a collection, and I think my next goal would be the Sharp GF-777 or ultimately the GF-1000

Thanks,

Bill Tracy

Haha, I'm an 80s kid, born in 1984! Guess I am more 90s :'-(

LOL - I was born in 1965 - LOL!!

And if you like this place as much as I do, you'll be way past 50 posts before you can say "boomboxery rules" (can I kiss ass or what?) :-P
