I just signed up here to hopefully find help with finding trusted repair shop for my Pioneer J-7 Disco Robo. I am having a hard time finding experienced repair shops that have any knowledge with this model. I am also contemplating finding it a better home for a fair price. Any and all searches I have completed come up with old post and conversation. I have been looking for repair shops in the Kansas City area.

Hello and welcome to the site! Although I can't help you locate a repair shop, as I'm on the wrong side of the sea for that, I'd love to see some pictures of your Disco Robo. Definitely something I'd love to own one day!
Pioneer J-7 Disco Robo is a quality box however time was never on it side. It's a labour of love and you will never get back what you put into it unless it has seen little use. Top Plastic button panel falls apart and the speakers need re-foaming usually.
