I wouldn't strap that nice Lasonic to anything if you don't want it broken, please get yourself a nice beater box for that.

Just buy the new lasonic I-931, they're lighter and people near the beach do this mod all the time with them! Plus you will know if anything ever did happen you can just buy another one new instead of having to lurk for the original

You know , I had one but sent it back because it didn't work with batteries. I've read that its been pretty common with the new ones.

First I've heard of that, that would make it less usefull for us boombox luggers.

No, that lasonic wouldn't look good strapped to that chrome bike. Instead get yourself a nice mint Conion instead and strap that one on there -- it woud look a ton better.........

Welcome! Personally I would only use that box inside (A LOT! ).That box is a real looker but is not very robust and durable.I could stare at one for hours It will hold its value well if you take care of it.If you could find a functional beater as an outside box that would be a solution.Another possibility is to go for the i931 currently in production.It's a pretty loud box though not as bassy as the original.

Do they still have that on the new i931? That's bitten a lot of people over the years on the older models.

welcome to the site great looking lasonic but a beater is best for the job a kaboom would be good for that
