Super nice boombox to have.
I bought a brand new one in 1982. At that time the sound was incredible. There was little or no distortion when you increase the volume at higher levels. The newer the model the best sound it had. Most of these boxes still have very good sound quality based on how it was kept and maintained.

Its THE Sharp. I love the design. I had the 26W silver version. I did let it go for an other box. After time i figured out that there are dozens of 96s on the market but only few are worth restoring.

Nice, that looks like a Z model, because it's silver behind the grills, instead of black like the H model.
These were Sharp's best sounding 1-piece in my opinion. Better than the 777 series, although not as loud.
